I am strong believer that the joy in life is found in the journey.  What we do with the opportunities we are given, large or small, define who we are.  I am a mom of two beautiful children who have been the most influential teachers in my life.  I love their innocent and fresh perspective on life and enjoy each new obstacle and journey we take together. 

 I have been writing every since I can remember and still to this day come across old journals from when I was a kid.  I write poems, short stories, articles and most recently my first novel, Saving Ciara.  

Before having children I worked as a paralegal for many years, discovering that even though I love the law field, once I became a parent I no longer desired to work in it.  I do plan on touching on some legal issues in my writing in the near future. 

So far I have focused on writing what I know, relationships, children and life in general.  Here are some of my favorites.
